Yes, in the app, you have the opportunity to send messages directly to the artists, as they provide their numbers. This way you can discuss the details of your event, music requests, and other specifications.

Yes, we allow you to cancel or change your booking within a given timeframe. If you need to change the date, time, or artists, you can easily do so through the app. We also provide information on cancellation conditions so you are aware of any fees or rules.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates (like summer weddings or Christmas parties). Many artists are booked months in advance, but you can also be lucky to find last-minute solutions.

Payment is made securely through the app. We reserve the amount at the time of booking, but the money is only paid to the artist after the event has taken place. This ensures your safety as a customer.

It depends on the artist. Most DJs and bands bring their own equipment (PA system, lights, instruments), but this will appear on their profile or be agreed upon via chat. Always make sure to coordinate expectations about power and space.

To rent a recording studio, open the app and select 'Recording Studios' in the menu. From there, you can choose the studio that best fits your needs, see prices and availability, and then book directly. We offer flexible rental agreements so you can find a studio that fits your project.

If the musician does not show up for the agreed event, or if a situation arises where they cannot fulfill their obligations, either a refund of the payment or the opportunity to book another musician will be offered, depending on the circumstances. All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. Conflicts between customers and musicians should first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication via the app.

Yes, you can register yourself as a musician or recording studio owner in the app. To do this, you must create a profile and choose the role that fits you – either as a musician, DJ, or studio owner.

It is completely free for musicians to create a profile and be on the app. You don't pay anything to add your information, make your profile visible, or receive bookings. We only take a commission of 13% per booking, so you keep the rest of the earnings.

Payouts happen automatically 24-48 hours after the event has taken place, directly to the bank account you have linked to your profile.
